We were very excited to see this cross and he sure was worth the wait! Ranger arrived April 17th 2009.

We love his typey body, his presence, and his personality. He seems to always have his head high and his ears forward. He projects a regal, intelligent look. We think he was blessed with the best of his sire and dam.  He has the boldness and vigor of his sire Joshua, and the inquisitive gentle nature of Megan, his dam.

Ranger likes being around people.  He is very intelligent and is quick learner. He is leading very well, stands for his feet to be picked up and trimmed and loads in the trailer. He likes to please and we think he will bond well with someone who who understands his kind and sensitive yet "all boy" nature.

We think Ranger has herd sire potential and would very much like to breed a few of our mares to him down the road, but since we already have our stallion Sheridan, we are reluctantly offering him for sale.  Ranger is available at $4,000 which may be reduced for retained breedings.
